Once that is signed, we work with you to completely set up your property for success and guide you every step of the way. 

Yes, we handle and manage an eviction from start to finish, or pick up a pending eviction on our homeowner’s behalf. We communicate directly with the city regarding the eviction and relay information to any attorneys involved.

Evictions can cost anywhere from $900 – $1500 and the homeowner is responsible for any costs associated with an eviction. We do not charge hidden fees or admin fees, reducing the costs on the homeowner. 

Utilizing smart market tools and data we analyze the current market and determine the best monthly rate for your home. 

We don’t want you to feel stuck, we only require a 60 days notice to cancel management services. This gives us time to organize the closing of the home and transfer it back to you.

Before cancellation, we always work with our lovely homeowners to find a solution and create a win-win situation. 

It takes us about 14 days to find happy residents for your home. 

We don’t like to see gaps in your profits. We ask current residents on their renewal decision 60 days before the lease end date. This gives us time to start marketing the property if the tenant chooses not to renew their lease. We acquire offers and have the next resident ready for move in. 

For new homeowners with vacant homes, we work very quickly to set up, market, and find residents to ensure that your profits come in as soon as possible. 

We collect the rental income from your home and deduct management fees or expenses incurred that month.

After processing is complete you will immediately have access to your funds. Funds will be sent via ACH directly to your preferred bank account. 

Our homeowner’s typically receive their funds by the 10th day of each month. 

We always require first & last month, and security deposit from all incoming Residents. Ensuring our Homeowner’s best interest is protected.
